We ship within Canada. Free standard shipping applies when the combined item subtotal is over C$200 before tax. Exactly C$200 does not qualify. Standard shipping is C$14.99 for subtotals of C$200 or less. Orders ship within 2 business days; estimated transit is 2–7 business days after dispatch.

Request a return within 30 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, you pay return postage and the original shipping charge is not refunded. We pay return postage for faulty or not-as-described items.

Eligible website purchases are covered for 90 days from the invoice date for functional defects under normal use. Consumables, loose accessories, accidental damage and items explicitly sold as faulty are excluded. Contact us first. For apparently valid claims we provide a prepaid return label. Approved claims are repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion, usually refunded. We pay shipping back to you for approved repairs or replacements. If a claim is not covered, you pay return shipping if you want the item back. See the full limited warranty for details.
